Cooking is an art. Do not restrict yourself to
the quantities, ingredients or instructions that you find in
a cookbook or online site. Use your imagination and keep
experimenting. It's what I do. A recipe is just a guideline.
One last tip. When you taste your soup. stew
etc, use a wooden spoon. A metal one will burn your lips if
